Courtyard by Marriott Houston Medical Center/NRG Park

The overall building and surroundings is clean, seems safe. The room is nice, well-furnished and clean with amenities like fridge, coffee maker, etc. Small to-go cafe downstairs.

Spacious rooms and Millicent at the front desk was so very personable and friendly!

Did not use breakfast because early appointment at MD Anderson was a conflict. Breakfast not complimentary was a disappointment. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice.

Did not like the fact that there was no included buffet breakfast. Glad that there were options at least. Evening bar snacks/sandwiches and beverages were a great idea. Bed was comfortable. Room large. AC worked well. good lighting.

The location was close to all of our scheduled events. The staff was genuinely helpful, one young lady in particular, Paris, was exceptionally kind. Not only did she help with an easy check-in process, but she also suggested Snooze for brunch, and I am forever indebted to her. Thanks for the great hospitality.
